Maintaining Integrity and Security in a Data Migration by; Ashish Nadkarin
Moving data from one information source to another can be a complicated experience, but there are three step you can follow to try to ensure that the transfer is more effective. As older computers become obsolete it is necessary to be able to move your information. Maintaining Integrity and Security in a Data Migration written by Ashish Nadkarin offers some insight to what is important in the migration of files. Mr. Nadkarin comments that integrity and security are very important when moving your data because of the application process. He states that integrity needs to be kept to insure the use of files so that they are not only assessable but also concise for the use of files that will be opened.
Also. data security is important so that the files your downloading will be able to run effectively and the security of your information is not compromised.
Mr. Nadkarin comments that each piece of information needs to be down loaned to enable and ensure that the information is use able and retrievable. He comments in his article that it is a good idea to look into buying software for the process. And that you also have everything backed up in case something goes wrong so that you will have not lost all your information.
In this new information world it is necessary to be able to move your data from one data base to another. I learned from reading this is that moving your information form your computer can be a hard thing if you don't understand how to do it. I did not think to much about the importance of having your information saved or moving it as anything big but it is: being able to retrieve the information is a big part of using it. I am always deleting everything on my computer and lately I learned to save my information before I start to delete it. This was my reason for writing this article to show how important it is to know more than the basics of loading new data and removing it.
